Accounts where KYC verification is pending may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete. mbo99 is not liable for delays in account functionality during the KYC review period.
You are responsible for ensuring that your Account details — including your registered bank account number and e-wallet details — are accurate and up to date. mbo99 will process withdrawal requests to the details on record. mbo99 bears no liability for failed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate member-supplied payment details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mbo99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access the Platform through your Account. mbo99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS verification, which is available in Account Security settings.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mbo99 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support function. mbo99 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation. Any transactions completed through your Account prior to the notification are considered authorised by you unless mbo99's investigation concludes otherwise.
You must ensure that any device used to access the Platform is free from malware, keyloggers, and other security threats. You must log out of your mbo99 Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. mbo99 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your device or session.
mbo99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from a payment instrument held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and the depositing Account may be suspended pending review.

Withdrawal requests for cash balances (i.e., funds not subject to wagering requirements) are processed to the member's registered Indonesian bank account within 5–30 minutes during standard operational hours. mbo99 does not charge a platform fee on standard cash balance withdrawals. Where an amendment materially affects members' rights or obligations, mbo99 will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on the Account and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by mbo99's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Indonesia.
